Former Irish international Goal Keeper
Packie Bonner was born in the Rosses, Co. Donegal in 1960.
In 1978 he was signed for Glasgow Celtic by the legendary manager
Jock Stein. He went on to play all his football titles for Celtic
in a career that saw him win four Scottish League titles, many
more honours and played with the club over 600 times. His last
appearance was in the 1995 Scottish Cup final.
He became one of the Republic Of Ireland's greatest ever goalkeepers,
making 80 appearances in the Irish number one jersey. Packie Bonner
is now deeply involved in his work around Ireland for the FAI
and has also made a huge impression as a TV presenter. A living
legend, this honest, open, no-holds-barred interview for Terrace
